📖 How does OPD work?
1. Register the patient → they get a token number and pay the consultation fee.
2. Doctor clicks Start → records vitals, complaint, diagnosis and medicines.
3. If the doctor advises tests, click Create Lab Bill — those tests are added to a new bill automatically.
Prescriptions print on A4 with your letterhead and can be sent on WhatsApp.
